We ship only to valid addresses in the United States. Free standard shipping is provided on every U.S. order with no minimum purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

After the carrier receives the parcel, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Carrier, weather, peak-volume, and address issues can affect estimates.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order after shipment. Tracking may take a short time to become active in the carrier system.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers should provide a complete U.S. delivery address. Contact us promptly about a damaged parcel, an incorrect item, or a tracking status that indicates a delivery problem.

Cancellations, Returns, and Taxes

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law.
